Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of OrderVoice. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you're authorized to do so.

OrderVoice provides a control panel and an AI phone agent for businesses across eight sectors — restaurants, clinics, salons, real estate, retail, home services, hotels and logistics. The real-time voice layer runs on a third-party managed platform; we provide the catalog, order and booking processing, downstream routing and dashboard around it.

You're responsible for your account credentials, for the accuracy of your menu and settings, and for activity that happens under your account.

Don't use the service to break the law, to place or record calls without required consent, or to disrupt the service or other tenants. You must comply with telephony and recording regulations that apply to your callers.

Paid plans include a monthly platform fee plus usage — call minutes are metered because the underlying voice platform bills per minute. Overage beyond included minutes is charged at your plan's per-minute rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The service depends on vendors such as Vapi/Retell, Twilio, voice and language-model providers, and your POS. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and outages on their side may affect the service.

The service is provided "as is." AI transcription and order capture can make mistakes; review orders flagged for attention. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you can request an export of your data.

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
